Everyone's fantasy

Manara dives into everyone's fantasy, the power of becoming invisible. This sentence should be enough to make anyone crave to read this book. haven't you ever thought about that. Imagine the many things you could do being invisible. Of course Manara turns the story directly into the sexual possibilities, putting the main character face to face with Mel, his favorite ninfomaniac.He tells the story in a way only he could do, and his drawings were never better, and never so explicit (although we can see only one part of the couple in action, it's easy to fill in the other part). Manara's masterpiece.

Fascinating Mind-Expanding Book! A must read.

This book is amazing! Anat Weinstein’s “Live, Die and Take Notes” is destined to be a classic in the field of Past Life Regression and the exploration of consciousness. Whether you take the scenarios literally or as metaphor, they will expand your mind and prompt you to look within and explore your own inner reality. Anat masterfully guides her client (Ben) and asks just the right questions to elicit further understanding of the life he is exploring. The lifetimes and experiences Ben visits are quite fascinating. They stretch the concept of what we can experience and embody as individual souls and the lessons that come forward are quite profound.

I really liked the commentaries at the end of each chapter. They concisely sum-up the essence of the lessons to be learned from Ben’s experiences. I usually skip over study questions in books, but these made me think and go inward and I found myself actually using them. The affirmations were clear and useful as well. I highly recommend this book to fans of Dolores Cannon and anyone interested in expanded consciousness, spiritual growth and awakening.

Some answers to life's biggest questions

I have always wanted to know about life, its meaning, what I was put on this Earth for… Past life regression always seemed like an interesting direction I could look into to get some answers. Not that I really believe (or do I ?) that I was someone else before my current identity on this earth, but maybe there is something there at least on the psychological level. I was curious about reincarnation. By chance I came across Anat Weinstein's book and it seemed like a good way to start investigation the subject. What I found was a total mind blowing experience. Each chapter was like a "life lesson" written as if it was about me. I felt as if I could relate to the experiences the person in the sessions experienced. Each session in the book is a written recording of a past life experience and a direct link to the subconscious. I understood that our identities and experiences in our past lives contribute to our current sense of self. There is no such thing as "good" or "bad", just different experiences. I still don't know if past life regressions are "real" but I can tell you this: Many things can be learned from this book, especially how to relate to what is happening to us every day, good or bad… The important thing is how we perceive what we experience, and we can always find a reason for everything even if it seems there is none at a first glance.

An interesting case study over five years with stunning insight!

[[VIDEOID:17dd2a78ffebf4fa3d3b39dff5803cb0]] I really enjoyed this book and felt that because the client case studies were male, it would make a good guide for men to think about their own spirituality and consider past life regression hypnosis for themselves. I've personally worked with the author and have transformed my life as a result of our work together. I'm eternally grateful for her help and the insights I've gained from this book.

There are spiritual lessons compiled in each chapter, and some really great thought provoking questions. Unlike other hypnosis books, like those from Dolores Cannon where she compiles multiple sessions into one case at times aggregating them as if it were one interesting client, these sessions are each done with one client session per chapter and not composites.

If you know someone who is thinking about the meaning of life, and would like in interesting alternative view, seen as a metaphor or real, this book is an interesting read and I highly recommend it as a primer or supplemental point of view in their education of spirituality.

Many fresh, classic, timeless designs to knit and love!

I love Kim Hargreaves designs and have a few favorites of hers (Scarlet, Storm, Shadow, etc.), though I reflexively buy them just to see what's what. In the past, I've been disappointed by the tendency to retread patterns over and over with negligible variations. That's why I recommend you see all the patterns in ANY KH book at the Rowan website to avoid overlap yourself. Each is nifty, but be choosy and you'll spend your money more wisely than I.

With Hush, however, there are many new, varied silhouettes, from sort of OSFA boxy/loose to fitted, flattering and very feminine new ideas galore. There are a number of simple beginner projects with more sophistication than the usual very easy knit patterns (a boxy boyfriend cardigan in brushed fleece, a cropped big wool cardie with raglan sleeves, the poncho on the cover). For those with more experience, button at the shoulder sweaters in lovely-really lovely-aran cables that are quite different from one another, a Lima long tunic with side vents, a kidsilk haze funnelneck and KSH 'Galen' a cabled cardigan--I'm dying to knit both right away even tho' it's practically spring. I'll probably knit 1/2 of the patterns here, despite owning more than a dozen other KH pattern books already. Cabled 'Firth' retreads a lace up the side sweater idea from earlier books, 'Fauna' (felted aran tweed) is her umpteenth tailored cardigan jacket but in a fresh look/style.

There is a variety of Rowan yarns used, too. I find substitutes when the yarn cost is too high for me, but I love having designs made in lots of gauges, types of yarn as reference. (When Rowan goes on sale, I nab the actual yarn for a beloved possibility, too.)

There are few meh designs: a simple long scarf that hardly requires a pattern and Portlandia-style hats, If you like that sort of thing. Hush offers nice options but just a few, the right amount, not filler.

This feels fresher than most to me, for what that's worth. Go to knitrowan and see if you agree.
